How are your products made?

Heartwitch™ is designed in Italy and produced together with international coopeations.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To manage your payment o delete your order before the campaign ending, please, visit the project page and click the “Manage your pledge" button on Kickstarter menu.

Will I be charged any additional customs fees?

Being a non-profit startup, currently, delivery is considered "merchandise", or "gift" or "other". We do not exclude that you could pay the customs. It does not depend on us.

What payments do you accept?

We are currently only on Kickstarter, so we accept payments via Amazon account linked to it. You can save a new credit card to your account by heading to the Payment Methods tab of your Account Settings and clicking the green ‘Add a new card’ button.

How to the Free tester program works?

Late 2018 we gave the possibility to some of our friends to try out the device. Today, this round is closed. We hope to have more later. Please follow our project.
